About Our Team
We hire and foster professionals that deliver world-class B2B services and have the background and aptitude to guide important projects at scale. Our team members possess a demonstrated history of learning and adapting, coupled with the hard skills and knowledge needed to deliver on specific client engagements or internal projects. We are based in downtown Washington, DC, but work with clients in several states nationally and execute projects partially or completely remotely based on business needs.  

Employee Benefits
In addition to competitive monetary compensation, our benefits for full-time employees include health, dental, and vision insurance, retirement with matching, personal time off, paid holidays, and periodic leave for voting and community service. 

Contracted Team Members
We sometimes engage contracted team members (such as 1099s) for positions on specific projects with identified end dates. Contracted team members receive competitive monetary compensation for their work but do not receive additional benefits. In some cases, contracted team member positions result in an offer of employment at the end of the term. We follow similar interview and evaluation criteria for contracted team members and uphold the same standards around our corporate values, diversity, and inclusion.
